1. Log on to http://forum.alexian-cancer.org

2. Click on the "Register" link on the upper right hand corner of the main screen.

3. Read Terms of Service and click the appropriate button to agree or disagree.

4. Complete the information requested". Be sure to choose at least one group. When you are finished, click the “Register” button.

5. You will receive an automated Welcome Email that provides you with your username and password. Please keep this email handy.

After you’ve completed your registration process you’ll receive an approval email from Alexian Brothers Cancer Institute and can then begin to participate in the groups you have chosen.
